Affiliation: Economic Development Manager, Tulsa Ports
Bio: Brian Bigbie serves as the Economic Development Manager at Tulsa Ports. His role includes managing special projects, federal grant projects, legislative strategies, and RFP submissions. Previously, he was at the Indian Nations Council of Governments and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, contributing significantly to regional economic development.

Greg Arend
Affiliation: Chief Executive Officer, SOAR Partners
Bio: Former Deloitte partner and founder of SOAR Partners, Greg Arend specializes in social sector improvements, having worked with major federal departments and focusing on federal grant funding. Greg’s expertise in turnarounds and transformations brings invaluable insight to our panel.

Jordan Kanuho
Affiliation: Vice President, Pawnee Nation
Bio: Jordan Kanuho, Vice President of the Pawnee Nation, focuses on renewable energy projects, including the innovative use of geothermal energy from repurposed oil wells. His leadership aims to position the Pawnee Nation at the forefront of renewable energy innovation in Indian Country.
